Shipping Information:
Parts orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of order. Complete systems are usually shipped within 7 business days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
ConductorBarSystems.com guarantees your satisfaction. If within 30 days after receipt of your order you would like to return your purchase, you can do so for a full refund. If the return is due to the customer's change of mind and ConductorBarSystems.com is not at fault, the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. After receipt of all products in our warehouse, ConductorBarSystems.com will issue a refund to the customer.
Call to inquire about return address and obtain approval authorization. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellations are permitted prior to order shipping. Please contact ConductorBarSystems directly (not by e-mail) to cancel your order. We will make every attempt to do so prior to shipment. Special order items are not cancellable. If in doubt, inquire at the time of order if products can be returned.
